Bangunan perkantoran seluas 9.200 m2 terdiri dari sembilan lantai di atas tanah dan tiga lantai basement, berada di lahan seluas 1.600m2, yang terletak di kawasan pusat bisnis Kota Medan.
Eksterior bangunan dilapisi panel kaca reflektif biru dan panel komposit aluminium, dan dimahkotai dengan atap melengkung yang menyembunyikan peralatan mekanik di baliknya.
Kaca tanpa bingkai (frameless) setinggi dua-lantai di ruang banking hall menekankan karakter publiknya, kolom-kolom menekankan struktur pendukung; sementara curtain-wall di tingkat atas mencerminkan fungsi kantor.
Pencahayaan dirancang dengan cermat untuk menyoroti fitur arsitektur di malam hari.
Sebuah kanopi besar menaungi pintu masuk ke ruang foyer yang mengarah ke ruang banking hall yang tinggi. Ruang interior dengan granit gelap dan abu-abu, kayu sungkai, dan stainless steel menciptakan ruang perbankan yang hangat dan modern; sementara itu repetisi garis-garis pada elemen interior yang menjadi ciri desainnya menggemakan pola berulang serupa dari eksterior.
Sistem dinding diafragma dan metode konstruksi top-down diterapkan pada konstruksi basement, yang berada di atas tanah dengan pasir lepas.
The 9,200 square meters office tower of nine floors above ground and three floors of basement sits on a 1,600 square meters site, located in the central business district of Medan City.
The exterior is clad in blue reflective-glass and aluminum composite panel, and crowned with a curved roof that hides behind mechanical utilities. The large double-floor high frameless glass at the banking hall level punctuates the public character; the columns emphasize the supporting structure; while the glass curtain wall at the upper levels reflects the function of office. The flood lighting was carefully designed to highlight the architectural features at night.
The large canopy shade the entrance to a foyer that leads to the double-height banking hall. The interior in dark and gray granites, sungkai wood, and stainless steel create a warm and modern banking hall; while the repetition lines of the interior elements that characterize the design echo the repetitive pattern of the exterior.
Diaphragm walls system and top-down construction method were applied to the construction of the basement, which sits on the soil with loose sand.
